Delete Your Elufi Account

If you no longer wish to use the Elufi application, you can delete your account at any time.

Elufi allows users to remove their accounts directly from within the application.

How to Delete Your Account

To delete your account, follow these steps:

1. Open the Elufi mobile application

2. Go to the Profile section

3. Select Delete Account

4. Confirm your request

Once confirmed, your account will be permanently removed.

What Happens After Account Deletion

When your account is deleted:

• Your authentication data associated with the account will be removed

• Any server-side identifiers connected to your account will be deleted

• Access to the account will no longer be possible

Locally Stored Data

Most data used by the Elufi application is stored locally on your device.

This may include:

• personal notes

• wellness progress

• meal history

• personal preferences

This data is stored on the device itself and may remain until the application is removed or local data is cleared.

Subscriptions

If you have an active subscription, deleting your account does not automatically cancel the subscription.

Subscriptions must be managed through the respective app store:

• Apple App Store

• Google Play Store

Users can cancel subscriptions through their store account settings.

Additional Information

Account deletion is permanent and cannot be reversed.
If you decide to use Elufi again in the future, you will need to create a new account.
